I'd like to get my hands on the 'friend' ingrate who stole half my record collection at my 18th birthday party. That was 30 albums, a lot of which I could never replace. I'm still hoping to find one with my 'Mick' sticker on the label and scratches I recognise at a store so I can say "Where did you buy this one from?".

A recent breakup saw ~50 of my CDs stranded at ex's place.
She had the good taste to have her sister return them to me.
No luck with the sister, though. woof!

I think I've lost a few to rodents. Some have been lent out and forgotten about. Others have been thrown out by accident. Some have even spontaneously combusted.

My money's on the Butler, in the Library, with the Candlestick...
