Some monkey see, monkey do style instructions can be found here (http://www.teqnilogik.com/tutorials/eac.shtml).

Hi thanks for the tip, do you use this program and how does it compare with others?

I use EAC, though it confuses the hell out of me. I believe it is famous for being A. Very good. B. A pain in the arse!
I too will look at those hints when I have time. Thanks

I've used it quite extensively in the past, now I use dBpoweramp (http://www.dbpoweramp.com/) and I've never looked back. Its rips are fast, 'perfect' and both the rip and the written file can verified as such. The clincher for me was PerfectMeta which retrieves the track listing and album art correctly almost every time. It's well worth the asking price for these features alone, but it's also great for converting between formats and burning CDs. I've not tried the built in audio server but it looks interesting.
