Currently without deck and EAR 509 monoblocks are out for a service with TDP.



I'm currently replacing the broken glass atop the right hand speaker.

It's a 282 actually... below that is an Avondale dual PSU and S100 power amp on the bottom shelf. Left side is an Audiolab 8000T tuner and matching 8000CDM transport above that. Chord DAC64 on top doing dac duties for the transport and squeezebox.

Next plan is to sort out a decent rack to tidy things up a bit, I may look at getting something custom made in chunky oak.

Sorry Stu - I was talking about the Weiss DAC 202 in SQ's picture...

A bit of arm swapping going on at the moment with the Anni, Notts Analogue Ace Spacearm fitted at the moment. Shame it all has to live with other stuff in the lounge, I WILL have my own room....... one day!

Do you find the speakers work OK in the bay window ? I had a similar room layout in a previous house and just couldn't get it to work at all like that, there were all sorts of holes in the bass response, boom etc. In the end we swapped things around and put the sofa in the window and the speakers on the opposite wall, big improvement.

The flat is currently in the process of being torn apart by Bengal kittens:



so rugs and soft furnishings are removed until they learn how to control their claws!
