currently switching between the KEFs and the Snells. hopefully replacing both with Devore Orangutans or Audio Notes. but first, i need my phono stage and SUT sorted out. thinking Leben and Auditorium 23 for the Denon 103.

also need to figure out a headphone setup. i miss using my 600's

i keep most of my records in another room

A photo from a few months ago, but the set-up's still the same Sony-Fest (Teac DAC is out of sight). Changes for this year? None planned, although would like to see if I can improve on the 770ES's phonostage somehow...

System pics as of 16 December

Roon and tidal to a Squeezebox touch in the digital domain , minidsp dirac DDRC 22 room correction to Devialet Spdif .. Munsdorf silver ribbon speaker cables

Fully treated 8m x 6m dedicated room , 2 x SVS sb13 ultra subs to smooth room response .. I use a meridian 568.2 to control all of them. The whole room is fed by a 5kva pure sine wave converter running off 6 x 200ah batteries

The walls of the room are acoustic panels on battens with uthermo behind , the ceiling is more the same , but solid , not slotted and pierced like the walls. The ceilings have "faux rock" diffusion .. fully configurable listening chair.

Changes planned for this year are to change the doors to the room to proper acoustic doors , a new decent touchscreen tablet to control the whole system , 2 more SVS subs and if I can afford it , another Devialet to make it a dual monoblock system.

So awesome. What other speakers, if any, have you had in that room?

I have redone the room a few times in terms of acoustic treatment but had lots of speakers in it in its various iterations

Had ATC's 50 and 100's , kef LS50's + subs , meridian DSP5500 and DSP 6000's , Osborn epitomes + bass towers , genelecs 8050b + subs , Linkwitz Orions , Canton ergo dc 1200 and a few more I cant remember
The Giya G1's are in a league of their own.
