Even without the added cock & balls, those are just extremely strange doodles. They have the look of things which have been drawn many many times before, especially the man with the pipe and the self caricature (really, who does that?) - a bit like the things teenage girls practice in the margins of their roughbooks. But that torso is the strangest of all.

Sadly, the cock & balls are not on the original doodle. If they were, then the torso would be even stranger.
