Densen vs Naim/Linn

So... is Densen good?
Is it producing musik like the UK companies?
Anybody compared them with Naim/Linn...

From Densen homepage...

Our main focus is to achieve the best possible "airguitar factor"; only when your equipment sounds so good that it makes you want to stand up and play the airguitar or become an "air-conductor" - only then have we achieved what we wanted: to create musical experiences so great that you forget everything and focus 100% on the music.

The Denson system I listened to was a little Naim like, though imagine it being rounded off a little, but with more positive "round earth" attributes being added in. In other words, just another compromise, like somewhere between Meridian and Naim (IMO).
Personally I wasn't that impressed, left me a little underwhelmed, but then each to their own and I can understand why others may love them.

Yes!....My dealer was very impressed with my Pete Townsend arm failing impression, but drew the line at my Keith Moon when I kicked in the screen of his AV set-up!

Densen do’s it for me!

Densen is like Naim only you need to consider wanky wires and other un-naim stuff.

You get tune in the Linn sense, and PR&T in the Naim sense. You also higher volumes without strain, loss of dynamics or tonal integrity.

Densen offer a Limetime Warranty to the original owner. Only the original owner though. This is significantly better than many UK brands, that only offer a two year warranty.

Naver had the chance to listen to any Densen gear. If the feeling is that it sounds similar to Naim but slightly more rounded, would Rega be a similar comparison?

Brad.

It depends a bit what Densen gear you're talking about. Naim/Linn is a bit of a generalisation.

The Densen sonic signature is more dynamic and better defined than Rega. Rega is more sweet verging on lush.

So, rounder than Naim, but colder than and not so sweet/lush as Rega. Is the bass both airy and light, or is that too much to hope for?

I've compared Naim and Densen rather extensively here:
