1992 - now - Nad 3020
1992 - 1994 - Rotel R80 Power Amp 2000 - 2001 - Arcam Alpha 8 Intergrated 2000 - 2001 - Arcam Alpha 8 Power Amp 2003 - Now - Exposure Pre VII Dual (with Exposure VI PSU, then x2 VIs, then onto a XII PSU) 2004 - Now - Exposure Super VIII Power Amp 2005 - Now - Exposure Pre XI (with Exposure XII PSU, then a IX PSU) 2005 - Now - Exposure IV Dual Non - Reg 2008 - Now - Exposure Pre XIV (with Exposure IX PSU) 2008 - Now - Two months to go for my beloved XVIs to arrive and also a further IX PSU. Although most equipment is Exposure. I still have a very special place for the Nad 3020. Built so well it has not required a service in anyway what so ever and still produces excellent sound quality and good comparison amp.

Oh bloody hell.
In the last 12 months - in this order Nad 3020i Nad 3020b Nad 3020a - still got (mint, in box) Cambridge A500 Rega Brio Yaqin Ms-6v6 Valve Amp - sold earlier today - got an offer I couldn't refuse  Cambridge Audio C500/2xP500 I regret not bi-wiring the Cambridge A500, but I'm glad it went to someone who appreciates it - Mart off here. I regret selling the Rega Brio to Tony, since it was damaged in transit and I'm waiting to hear from Parcelforce (Ar**holeforce?) over the claim... Past that? I've enjoyed the differences. the last set of amps arrived with a loose connect in one of the P500's, which took me a couple of hours to sort. I think they'll be staying a while longer, since they've tamed my Linns nicely (being able to control the treble - bonus!) Now I've settled on amp and speakers, it's CD Player time (again) :P

1972-1975 - some shiny Sansui thing - not bad in hindsight
1975-1977 - some Aiwa thing - much less good 1977-1981 - Harrison/Chapman integrated - not bad - yet to meet anyone else who has ever heard of it 1981-1986 - Naim nac12/snaps/bolt top 250 (best Naim ever made) 1986-2004 - varying quantities of more and more expensive and harsher and harsher Naim black boxes, with decreasing satisfaction levels 2004-present day - discovered the joys of Dynavector and no longer have the itch to look elsewhere; currently L300 and HX1.2
