1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

I may go - I'm interested in some of the brands such as: Magnepan, Auralic, Exposure, Gold Note and a few others.

Oh and who's not going with a subscription to Hi-Fi News, Hi-Fi Choice and / or Home Cinema Choice magazines who might just want to pass on your £5 discount on the entry fee (the cheek of it!).

Presume you're referring to the show at Ascot "The Ultimate High End Hi-Fi Experience", formerly the High End Hi-Fi show at Windsor. Yes, planning to go.

Ascot seems like a nice venue

I went to Henley regatta once, which was nice.

We were half way down the M1 when we opened the tickets we had bought for Bruce Springsteen at Wembley, only to find they were for the day before.

We nearly threw the person who bought the tickets out of the car, but as he was driving he lived to tell the tale.

I think some of these events need holding somewhat further north...........

Cranage is a bit further north and a fair amount of bakeoffs on the forums seem to be up north

Yes off to the show on Saturday.

    YNWOAN 100% Analogue

Too far for me as I’m one of the ‘up north’ contingent.

I notice it's only 7 mins from the train station which is very very good . Should make it a lot more accessible

Should we wear pink carnations, for identification purposes?

Martyn, you need to leave the 19th century.

The 21st is quite exciting, we're about to get a new empire. Apparently. #faragetw*t
