1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

With the DM5, B & W had range of speakers all that were all ‘DM.’
I preferred the look of the D5.
The DM5 looked a bit ‘blingy’ with the plate showing the frequency response.
    I like my speakers understated.

madmike I feel much better now, I really do...

On the dinged tweeter part of this thread, it is useful to warm them up a bit with a hairdryer. Sometimes they pop out without coaxing. If not, then suck gently.

I managed to sort the dust cap (woofer) quite easily.
I'm still loving them especially the bass!

The missus hates them..story of my life,i've made up some grilles to keep her sweet.
I have to agree that without them they are not the best looking speaker which is a shame as my pair are immaculate and the wood front perfectly matches my turntable.
