1. Things you need to know about the new ‘Conversations’ PM system:

    a) DO NOT REPLY TO THE NOTIFICATION EMAIL! I get them, not the intended recipient. I get a lot of them and I do not want them! It is just a notification, log into the site and reply from there.

    b) To delete old conversations use the ‘Leave conversation’ option. This is just delete by another name.

    Ok thanks I'll look into it. Although they've now banned all visiting at his hospital so I won't be able to go and set it up for him.

    You can set it up at home, play with it for a bit to make sure it works, send them in and ask someone from the staff to connect it to WiFi. All your parents would have to is press the button to accept a call if you arrange a time..

    His iPad is already with him in hospital and he's not well enough to set it up unfortunately.
